What is DIM?
DIM is a plant indole found in cruciferous
vegetables, such as broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and brussels sprouts.
Diindolylmethane is formed after plant enzymes are released by crushing
or chewing the vegetable. Some diindolylmethane is also formed directly
from its unstable precursor I3C (indole-3-carbinol), in the acidic environment
of the stomach. Based on its presence in plants and formulation from
I3C, diindolylmethane is the most prominent, active indole phytonutrient
form cruciferous sources. Only diindolylmethane has been found in humans

How do I order?
Hormonalbalance.com offers you a comprehensive
easy way to order BioResponse DIM® and other products online. If
you already have an online account with us, please Sign In first. If
not, you may create an accountlater. Then, click on "Store"
at the left side of the window. Here, you can either click on "Supplements"
on the left side or "Product List" at the top of the window.
Add products to your shopping basket by clicking on the title of the
product you would like to purchase, then entering in the quantity you
would like and clicking "Add to Basket". Then, click on "Checkout"
at the top right, where you can create an account, which will store
your address information, making it so that you don't have to enter
the same information on every visit. To set up an account, just follow
the "Create New Account" button on the sign in screen. Otherwise,
if you don't want to use an account, click the "Place Order Without
Account" button on the top right. Proceed with your order by entering
the shipping and billing information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and
Discover cards only. Then, choose your shipping method. We generally
ship within one business day. Thank you for your order and enjoy!
What shipping options
are available?
Our store offers several shipping options. We
offer Standard USPS First Class shipping, Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEx.
Please note that the size and weight of your order will affect which
shipping options are available. Also, certain shipping options do not
ship to residences. If you accidentally pick a shipping option that
is not available for your specific address, we will contact you with
other shipping options.
What payment methods
are accepted?
To pay for your order, we accept Visa, Mastercard,
and Discover.
How do I set a HormonalBalance.com
store account?
Setting up an account with hormonalbalance.com
is easy. All you have to do is follow the link to the left to our store,
then click on the "account" tab on the top left. Click on
"Create New Account," and enter the required information.
We will store your address and contact information for you, so that
you do not have to re-enter it every time you visit our site. Please
note that we do not store credit card numbers, only the relevant shipping
and billing address information. Keep in mind that we do not, under
any circumstances, give any of your information to any third party.
Do I need an
account to order?
No, an account is not required for ordering our
product. During the order redemption process, at the sign in screen,
just click the link that says "Place Order Without Account"
in order to bypass the sign in process and input your information manually.
Keep in mind that accounts are extremely helpful for repeat orders,
so that you do not have to re-enter you shipping and billing address
information.
Is there a
bulk discount?
Yes. We offer discounts based on the total price
of your shopping basket, before shipping or tax. We offer a 5% discount
at $100, and a 10% discount at a $200 purchase.
Where can
I purchase Phytosorb-DIM?
If you are looking for Phytosorb DIM, please contact

How do I get
included in the RRP Group?
If you are currently purchasing Phytosorb products
directly from BioResponse, or if you have RRP and would like to join,
you can become part of the HormonalBalance.com RRP group. If you fit
these criteria, you can email support@hormonalbalance.com,
discussing the fact that you want to be part of this group. We will
contact you back, and after determining your eligibility, we will move
your account to the RRP group. Then, every time you want to order Phytosorb
products, just Sign In and order!
If I am a
Medical Practitioner, Health Food Store, or Pharmacy, how do I purchase
BioResponse products wholesale?
If you are eligible for a wholesale price
because you are a Medical Practitioner, Health Food Store, Pharmacy,
or other supplement reseller, it is possible to recieve our BioResponse
DIM products for resale. If you fit the wholesale criteria, you can
email support@hormonalbalance.com,
discussing the fact that you want to be part of the group. We will contact
you, and move your hormonalbalance.com store account into the Wholesale
price group. Then, you will just need to Sign In at the beginning of
your order to purchase our products at the wholesale price.
How do I change
the Type and/or Quantity of my Order?
Once you have gone to "Product List" or "Supplements",
you can then click on the product you would like to purchase. Enter
in the Quantity you would like and click "Add to Basket".
Then, you may click "Basket Contents" to view and edit the contents
of your shopping basket. To change the Quantity of your order, highlight
the appropriate number field under the "Quantity" heading. Type in the
correct number that you would like to order of that item, and hit the
"Update" button. The total should change to reflect the amount you have
entered. At this page, you may also click "Remove" to clear basket contents
and start over with your order. When you are ready to finish the ordering
process, click "Checkout" at the top right of the window.
I have a RRP
(Phytosorb) or Wholesale Account already established. How do I view
my products at the correct price?
If you have already received our confirmation
that you have an online account in our RRP (Phytosorb) or Wholesale
group, you must first Sign In
to view your products. Once in the Store, click the "Sign In"
button and enter the login information that we have confirmed. Click
"Login" and a page should load that says "Welcome Back,
(name)". Then, if you click on "Supplements" you will
see your products.
YOU MUST SIGN IN BEFORE
ADDING ITEMS TO YOUR BASKET. If you have already added items to your
basket before signing in, you need to click on "Basket Contents"
and click "Remove", then start over with your order to receive
special pricing.
Is the HormonalBalance.com
Store secure?
Yes. Any page in the order redemption process
that discloses personally identifiable information is automatically
secured using 128-bit encryption on a secure server. You can see whether
or not a page is secure by locating the "Lock" icon that appears
in the lower right area of your browser. All credit transactions are
encrypted, then sent to VeriSign(tm) for processing, a processor that
is one of the most secure on the net, which also offers several fraud
protection services. Secure pages may take a few seconds longer to load,
because of the encryption, but we feel that the safety of our customers
is worth the small delay.
